What began as a closed-off living area is now the heart of this home — open, bright, and made for gathering. The homeowners wanted a space that reflected how they live: hosting friends, sharing meals, and soaking in natural light.
We removed several walls to create a seamless flow between the kitchen and common areas, introducing a warm, two-toned design anchored by a stunning custom island. A freestanding, hand-painted hood adds a personal touch, while the tile backsplash brings texture and character.
With new flooring, fresh paint, updated lighting, and carefully relocated electrical, every detail was refined to feel both elevated and effortless — a perfect blend of style and function.
