Project Description

This ambitious remodel pushed the boundaries of construction to create a kitchen that’s as beautiful as it is functional. We squared off the original layout by partially extending into the lanai — relocating an exterior door, adding footers, block walls, and foundation work — before gutting and rebuilding the entire kitchen.

The result is a stunning two-island kitchen featuring high-end inset cabinetry, panel-ready appliances, and wood-look tile floors throughout. To maximize storage and flow, cabinetry was taken to the ceiling, and the kitchen footprint was expanded. An outdated formal dining room was converted into a dry bar and casual sitting area, creating a perfect space for entertaining.

A jewel-tone green herringbone tile backsplash and freestanding custom hood bring personality and flair, tying the space together in a modern, on-trend palette. Every detail balances beauty, practicality, and clever design for a truly elevated home experience.
